King Tut's (1333BC -1324BC) body was covered with an elaborate death mask. The only facts I can find online about this mask is that it was mostly gold, but no details are give. Things like what each of the rows of what look like gems on his neck are made of.

This marvelous mask of excellent workmanship protected the head of the mummy of Tutankhamun. Further protection was assured by a magic formula engraved on the shoulders and the back of the mask. The usual Nemes headdress knotted back at the nape of the neck. It is striped blue/green, imitating lapis lazuli. The Uraeus and vulture head contain gold details, while semi-precious stones and colored glass ornamented the brow. The mask’s eyes are made of obsidian and quartz with a touch of red at the corners. The cosmetic lines and the lids are of inlaid blue grass. The divine beard, plaited and turned up at the end, is of cloisonné work (colored glass held in a framework of gold). The wide necklace collar is formed of rows of lapis lazuli, quartz, and amazonite. Colored glass beads attached at each shoulder to a gold falcon’s head were ornamented with obsidian. This mask presents us with a beautiful albeit idealized portrait of a young King.

Hope this helps!

The death mask of Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun is made of gold inlaid with colored glass and semiprecious stone. The mask comes from the innermost mummy case in the pharaoh's tomb, and stands 54 cm (21 in) high and weighs around 11kg.
The pharaoh is portrayed in a classical manner, with a ceremonial beard, a broad collar formed of twelve concentric rows consisting of inlays of turquoise, lapis lazuli, cornelian and amazonite. The traditional nemes head-dress has yellow stripes of solid gold broken by bands of glass paste, coloured dark blue. On the forehead of the mask are a royal uraeus and a vulture's head, symbols of the two tutelary deities of Lower and Upper Egypt: Wadjet and Nekhbet. Above his perfect golden cheeks, Tutankhamen has blue petals of lapis lazuli in imitation of the kohl make-up he would have worn in life.

The mask was beaten from thick plate gold.
The details were created in inlaid colored glass and various decorative stones (lapis lazuli, obsidian, quatz, felspar)
