I need a brief history of the USA urgently, and am looking basically for a list of all USA aggression begining preferably with the massacre of Red Indians and taking of their land, going through the centuries to the present (illegal) war in Iraq.

I have searched the web but can't find anything clear and basic. Can anyone help me?

I think it would be real hard to hide operations on that scale.
The bureaucracy alone would have been thousands. The individuals with direct experience would have numbered in the tens of thousands.

We know that in about 1445 BC 600,000 Israeli adult people exited Egypt. They must have been between 5 and 20 percent of the population (or between 8 and 17 percent speculatively speaking); we know this because they were considered to be important socio-economically to Egypt. The population of the world was probably 8 to 13 times that or thereabouts. Also see Genesis chapter 11 which takes us from about 4990 BC to about 2900 BC near the end of Peleg's era, and to nearly 2,000 BC.

Also 2,700 was probably about the height of the pyramid age, what was the population of Egypt. Formula for population growth (though you don't need it to answer the main questions) is Population = initial population time the series product of (1 + rate of growth) to the power time: P = A( 1 + r)^t

How many people look back further than just the time they remember, to see through the course of time how things have changed. The decisions of today are the first steps of tomorrow and have changed the day after for ever.
If you plant a oak tree in the spot you are to be burred on upon your death. Upon the approach of your death you visit this tree and see the beauty of it. But you time is now come, do you remove the tree or change where you are to lie for eternity so others may enjoy the beauty of this magnificent tree?

To those of us from New Orleans, Carnival and Mardi Gras are the most important times of the year, not only because of the revenue it generates for the city, but because of the rich and deeply cherished history and traditions that fill our city. As Orleanians we are taught about the histories of the various krewes, how to march in a parade, how to appear at a grand ball, the many kings and queens. We hold deep respect for our royalty even after their reigns have ended, and we discuss past Gras' throughout the year, beginning on Ash Wednesday at the Cathedral.
However, now that Katrina has tossed me out into the world, I am seeing that everybody else has a very different view of Carnivaltide.
Does anyone know the historical significance of Carnival and Mardi Gras? Does anybody even care? Is it really possible that people truly believe a celebration that is over 3 centuries old in North America lasted that long just for drinking and bare bosoms?
