RE: NOTRE DAME CATHEDRAL IN PARIS, FRANCE - it is so old & so large - in the early history, did people come into the cathedral on horseback for meetings / functions, rather than walking in & being seated? I was under the impression that there were no seats inside in the past.

Do you think that All of the tea went into the harbor, or maybe some large portion of it went to an underground market for sell?

No Philosophy or Teather. Only History.
I'm loohing for descriptions about wars and cities, like Tito Flavio e Cicero. I need their names to checouk out through internet, perhaps on gutemberg.org.
Ancient Historians from Egypt, India and Japan would be welcome too.

I'm writing a fantasy book and want to be as accurate as possible with my characters occupations. I'm serious and need a good site that not only gives the name and a single line describing what the job is. I need details of the job like how it was done and what was used and such. Specifically that of a fletcher, but I'd like others as well. Can anyone help me out?
