Ancient Historians from Egypt, India and Japan would be welcome too.

I know how to search, I need only find keywords to get only the ancient.

There are one special that descripe entire war process. How they arrived, locked up all exists and entrances and after a while, they get in the city. It was in MiddleEast

Penguin classics Publishes a vast amount of traslated acient historians from ancient times. Some of the name are Plutark, Arian, Quintus Curtius Rufis and Levi. They are all very reasonably priced. are are fairly durable for referencing a few times. Many of them can be purchased on Amazon.com at even cheeper prices that book stores. Once you have bought one. There is a list of the others in the back.

I, Claudius by Robert Graves
Rubicon: The Last Years of the Roman Republic by Tom Holland

There is also this book by a guy named Paul Gibbon on the rise and fall of the roman empire. (I think the title is just that: The Rise and Fall of the Roman Empire).

you wont find books as there wernt any as such only schrolls and mostly its only parpyras that survives if you want manuscips the ealyest we have are medevel which are the oldest copyes we have but good luck trying to get thoses
