Worthless; as a voracious reader I find most all of what is classified as "Literature" to be worthless & pretentious. The influence of an Indian empire is irrelevant. To state it in mathematical terms, 0 (zero) multiplied by anything is still 0.

By the way, is that the common spelling in the UK? I have seen it that way occasionally, but in the US we typically use mogul.

I beleive you mean Muggles, from the Harry Potter Series.

Harry Potter and it's writer, JK Rowling, have been instrumental in single handedly bringing reading back to children across the globe. I read somewhere that JK Rowling has become the most read author inteh world, surpassing even Shakespeare.

Except perhaps for Rudyard Kipling's writings, sadly, the only impact that most things in India have had is in poorly written Romance Novels.
