I have a Japanese friend who wanted to dance salsa with me but he only has time tonight. I do not want to go to Cafe Havana. Is there any alternative club to go to, preferably in Makati?

Unfortunately, my devilish good looks and boyish charm aren't enough to get a girl's atttention. I, although you've never met me, need help dancing. In particular, grinding. I can slow dance and ballroom and all that, but I can never get the grinding down. Give me a hand?

My Spanish class is required to learn how to Salsa dance, and I was just wondering, is it really that hard? I mean, the only dance lessons I've ever taken were ballet when I was in Elementary school. Any tips?

I dance a lot and I've just recently taken up ballet. I really want a great arch but I'm not so sure if it's gonna happen. I can't seem to point my toes as far as all my other classmates and it HURTS so much when I try to! How can I increase the arch in my foot and when does it stop hurting? I'm open to all suggestions, however, if u dont have anything nice to say then I'd rather u just keep ur mouth shut. Please and thank you =D

I am very intersted in purchasing a pole to keep fit and well..... for fun!! I've heard about these peekaboo pole dancing poles but know it's not safe to lift and swing off these poles - so do you know of any place i could buy a sturdy pole - preferable something that could be removed and pit up when wanted!?! I will be starting Ballet, hopefully next year, at 14. There are both Children Ballet and Adult Ballet Class in the nearby community centre. I wish to take up Ballet seriously and take Ballet exam grade but do Adult Ballet offers exam grade to us? Maybe they are learning for fun... I know I'm not too old to start Leisure Ballet, but am I too old to start Ballet grade 1(taking Ballet Grade exam) ? I wish to dance well and maybe be a Ballet teacher. ok i need to become more flexible im really weak and everytime i stretch out i lose my flexibility the next day and i feel really tired and lazy and my legs hurt.i have my right split but not anything else and i suck at jumps[toetouches ect.]
