I think it is great that you are doing that. First of all, it develops your personality and helps you gain confidence when you are out in public and dancing. You've already practiced or tried some "moves" that many people will wonder how you learned them.

I am 66 years old and I recently went to a convention in the Bahamas and I met many people including a beautiful woman in her mid 20's. The music was playing and I started dancing next to her and all of a sudden she started dancing with me back. She asked me where I learned my moves and I said that I had always wanted to try new things and still to this day, I will come up with new steps but it always go back to when I was younger and danced in front of a mirror. I still do to this day when I hear a song that turns me on.

Go for it whenever you feel like it. You made my day today. I bet you're probably going to do it again after you read my message.

Yes! Especially when endorphins got released from your system. Do you know what it is? These are chemical hormones. Our body releases it when we are dancing continuously for quite a prolonged period. Endorphins is the culprit for making you feel crazy! But its good. Such feeling of being crazy is actually a helpful feeling. The chemical is a natural analgesic which could take away body pains induced by stress, and likewise gives you a sense of bliss.

The only time I dance is if Im alone. I feel foolish if I dance where others can see me. But I like to dance when no one can see. Might be why my children get embarassed to be seen dancing, cuz I am.

Absolutely!

Some times I get so carry away that I can break a lamp or a chair. Yes I love to jump on a chair as if a partner is lifting me.

And of course, I imagine that a whole audience is watching! ;-)

I dance crazy all the time - at the office, in the grocery store, at home - wherever! I love dancing and it feels good. If people look at me strange, that's their problem. I love dance!

Dancing alone is not so comfortable for me. There should be a partner (opposite sex is preferred)
