I've read the book and was wondering why the title is what it is, why do they call it a "comedy"? The book is very light and sad at some points but I can't find any humor in it

What'd you guys think of the book? Think there's a chance at a sequel and what do you think that would be about? Favorite character?

If someone asked me the same question I`d probably say "Brave New World" by Aldous Huxley. I think it`s much better "1984" by George Orwell. But as a science fiction writer I think William Gibson is the best. Cyberpunk is just a fantastic genre!

I am just curious. I do not work for any library. Reference librarians like to see themselves as having answers. Do you agree? My main interest here is at-a-distance reference service, not visiting a library in person.

well i think harry potter is alittle like star wars. aniken was the chosen 1 and harry is like the chosen one since he lived. and harry also has a bad temper like aniken. i think harry will join the dark side to become powerful and ginny will die of heart broken

This is a story I wrote about Hermione and Ron, this isn't the real ending, but I think that it should happen:

(So far, Ron has been wounded when he was trying to help Harry battle Voldemort)

Hermione ran to Ron's side as he sat on the ground, bleeding from his wound. "Here" Hermione said, and handed him her overcoat. He wrapped it around his leg. "I'm so glad you aren't dead." Hermione said. "What? I thought you told me that you never wanted to see me again after I didn't want you to talk to Krum." Ron said. "Yes, but, I never would let you die. I could never live on." She replied.
Voldemort walked up to the two of them and rose his wand in the air.
"Any last words?" he said as he pointed his wand towards him.
"Yes, actually." Ron turned towards Hermione. "I love you, Hermione." He could see tears coming from Hermione's eyes as she wrapped her arms around him.
Voldemort said the magic words and blue fire shot out of his wand.

I have read both of them and I feel that Tolkien's fantasy cannot be paralleled ever. I was almost lost in his universe of Middle Earth and it's characters but Harry Potter didn't attract me that much. But its astonishing that children are now drawn by Harry only. I think that Tolkien's is a legacy which defines fantasy and how broad the scope of imagination can be.

I wrote a book a couple of years ago, have 2 sequels pending in my mind, but what I want is someone to read it, decide if its worth publishing or selling it for a Movie Script, it has good action, romance and stuff, it is in Spanish i am working on the translating, so I dont know if someone knows someone or a compnay that might be interested on it, any help will be gladly appreciated.

The reason I ask is because I got a flyer about a city wide scavanger hunt. On the flyer it listed possible things you can do while finding the objects and "pg. 32 from Charles Dickens" was one but i don't know what it is. Can someone please expain?
