Sue for what exactly?

Does the quote reference you or is it not attributed to anyone? I assume when you say you are named, this is in reference to the quote?

Is it defamatory or detrimental to you in any way?

If it is attributed to you and has been used without your permission you could make a complaint but, unless your quote was taken from a copyrighted piece of work such as a book etc., or unless it is defamatory, I don't see what you can sue for.

A brief quote from anyone is considered "fair use." But if the author quoted several pages from something you had written and didn't get your permission, then you would have a case.
