I received a giftcard to a local bookstore for Christmas. I currently have read all the books that I have been wanting to. I am out of ideas for good books. Do you have any good suggestions? (I like thrillers, suspence, true crimes, I don't like romance, I would prefer something historical. I also like psychology books like Sybil, The Child called It, and When Rabbit Howls.

This book was about a girl who wanted franks and beans for her birthday dinner. Her family had hardly any money but her mom did get it and I believe ice cream too. It was a great book with a wonderful message.

I began Ullyses (spelling?) years ago, got as far as the famous joke of why Ireland has never had a Jewish problem ("they never let them in") and could not finish it bec. I figured you'd need to spend an entirre lifetime (or two) studying its allegories, allusions and symbolism.

I can`t think, again- please give me some. These books are not going to be published, just for fun, for me to write.

Does anybody know the books where you flip over flaps to mix up the character. For example, policeman's head, with a chef's torso etc. Please help. The name of the books would be very helpful.

I was so excited when i heard about the movie but i was real upset after watching the eragon movie. I read the book before and it had lots of unexpected twist and turns in it that i really liked but thanks to the movie it spoiled it for me. Yeah thanks a lot for destroying this masterpiece by Christopher Paolini the young genius.
