Negative. They usually don't start pre-orders until a release date has been announced. But now that we have the title, perhaps the date isn't too far off.
All the major book stores have an email alert you can sign up for. They'll send you an email as soon as the launch date is released.
Anxiously waiting with you, I promise. :)

no, but if you have a borders rewards card you can get an e-mail and they'll tell you when you can reserve the book
