What book did you last read and tell me how was it

it doesn't have a title yet, but tell me what you think.

I woke up today in pain,
The rain outside drenched my tears.
The people here laugh at my scars,
They make my worst nigtmares become real fears.

Am I really existing?
Or am I just one of the crowd?
Can I make my dreams come true?
Or will I just sit and try to be heard?...

That's all i have so far. i'll add more later. :)

My novel does not give graphic details of sex between the leading characters although they do have sex from time to time, which I do mention without going into the details. What do you guys think I should do…. mention the details or keep it as it is.. I am uncomfy giving sex details, plus my novel is about two very simple, nice and sweet people... I feel sex will take that niceness away from them, if I mention it explicitly.... so guys please help me out with this one... Thanks!

I don't remember a lot, but the book was about a dollhouse in an attic and the girl who finds it also starts seeing a ghost. Then I think you end up finding out that the girl ghost had died up there because her family locked her in.
