I just looked up the hardcover book on Amazon and it is 208 pages. Of course, it depends on the book size, paperback vs hardback, illustrated or not. But that should give you an idea.

The Original- 305 pages
New Addition-206
Both are very good, but for a younger child I would recommend the New Addition. The original has fine English grammar. Please remember to read the first to books 'The Magicians Nephew' & 'The Horse and His Boy'.

There have been numerous reprints and second copies and such. But the copy I am holding here in my hand reaches 189 pages. but a lot of them have about 206.
