The cat has many symbolisms, besides, obvious, being an animal.
the Egyptians worshipped t, not only for sacred reasons but also because they protected harvest, killing the rats and mice - which, by the way, killed loads of people in Europe during the Plagues. Yeah, they must be much more smarter and intelligent than some self-intitled humans ;)

The Cat is a wild and independent creature which has a symbiotic relationship with humans. Humans grow and store grains which attract mice, rats, birds and other favorite prey of cats. By killing these vermin the cats protect the grain which the humans consume .Therefore assisting the survival of the human species. Humans also provide additional services to cats such as pets and scritches and treats.

Stray cats eat mice, brids and garbade they find, and usually get caught anb brouht 2 a pet store.
