You use sillicon to make the layers look 3D, and you need 3-5 of the same picture to start your basic craft. It is called something like "voo-dob-tique"... but I need the correct spelling. A site that tells you how to do it would be nice as well. Thank you n_n

There are people who live their life without religion and they are happy. I focus on treating others kindly and living my life to the fullest. Life doesn't have to be complicated. I enjoy reading books, working on art, gaining knowledge about other perspectives. I accept others, why can't they accept me as I am. I need some good arguments. I am not interested in religion or politics because it has caused many problems in my life. it's nonsense to me, not in my interest. Can someone support my argument. I say atheist and they get pissed off or stop talking to me.

I'm working on an important project, and I just wanted to know a little bit more about the plate armor that knights wore in the Middle Ages (no particular dates/years). Now, I know that knights wore this armor to protect themselves in battle. Did they just wear it during battle, or could they wear it for any other special occasion? And how much could plate armor weigh? Was it light enough for someone of average strength to deal with, or did you have to be in shape to wear it? How easy was it to move in plate armor? Could someone in plate armor to things like sprinting, jumping on/off a horse, rolling, climbing, and even swimming? Did knights ever wear anything under their plate armor (besides underwear, of course), like basic clothing? Or did thy keep their clothing limited, to avoid getting hot and sweaty? Did putting on plate armor take the help of an extra person (like a servant) to put it on, or could someone do it by themselves? And what about gauntlets--did they cover your...

I've been reading a lot of fiction where there are different planets ruled by different people. How do you think these planetary governments would work in terms of the court system, etc?

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm just not overly familiar with Pakistan's history. It's a country's history for me overall, is just not that interesting.

And I wouldn't be asking any question about it, if it weren't for the fact that they are a nuclear power, and that it seems to be coming apart over Bhutto's assasination.

So, if anyone knows with certainly, how this came about - with specifics of how, who, when and why they became one - I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Alberich

you misery and total exhaustion in your life? Do you think it is worth it? Do you need it by any cost even if it is going to hurt the people around you and the ones you love? or do you leave it and forget for the general sake of being relaxed and to satisfy others' needs?

Should one lead life and make major decisions completely based upon cold-logic, reason, careful rational thought, judgment and analysis? Or should one lead a life always using emotions, feelings, impulses and instincts?
Which do you think is beneficial for the self and the society in the long run?

(Star Trek example - Spock/Data vs. Kirk/McCoy?)

(My personal take - I tend to veer towards logic. From my own life experiences and what I have seen, a life based upon emotions and impulses leads to short term pleasure but long term unhappiness and indiscipline. It is the cause of violence, chaos and discontent in society.
On the other hand, the path of logic and reason is tough and needs discipline, but causes long term benefit. It leads to order and peace in life and society. I hope as humans evolve, they move towards logical perfection, and live for the common good for the Earth and society, instead of leading petty, emotional selfish lives.)

I take pictures only with myself because I'm not really comfortable posing around with people, so how can I take nice pics that dont really look like it's from myspace/ friendster or some networking site? I'm already experimenting with effects on Photoshop and lighting. I really want to improve the artistic quality of my photos. Any tips on positioning/ perspective or something better? I would really appreciate your answers. :)
