This has nothing to do with ethnic. This is a question for whomevers ancestors arrived here from where ever....centuries ago. I beleive my family immigrated from Ireland in one of the potatoe famines. What generation does that make me? I have also been told we are "Black Irish", which I never understood until someone told me that during the crusades, Spanish peoples, with moorish blood returned with the crusaders, and intermarried/grated with the irish. So, Time wise, only--no ethnic stuff thank you--- what generation (I always thought it must be close to30) would I be, and if you can't be bothered, or you all ready know, what generation of North American are you? (Pls. no. digs from Inuit, or Native--I already know that.

Alas! the fowls of heaven have wings,
And blasts of heaven will aid their flight;
They mount -how short a voyage brings
The wanderers back to their delight!
Chains tie us down by land and sea;
And wishes, vain as mine, may be
All that is left to comfort thee.

Perhaps some dungeon hears thee groan,
Maimed, mangled by inhuman men;
Or thou upon a desert thrown
Inheritest the lion's den;
Or hast been summoned to the deep,
Thou, thou, and all thy mates, to keep
An incommunicable sleep.

I have been writing and asking how to cheer myself up and all that stuff cuz i wanted to die cuz I lost my career. I used to drink and lost my husband, house, car, daughter and freedom.
Then I got a job, told them of my past and they "let me go" so my career was over. Well, I just got a new job as a teacher by someone who can legally hire me and I am so happy. There was no hope and now I have a different life. Just better. I have a guy who ADORES me and is not an alcoholic but hates booze. I am getting my daughter back and I have a nice home with 3 rooms and lots of stuff that was mostly given to me. It is true - you get it all back and then some once you start living life right.
Is this amazing or what? I can't believe I got another chance to prove myself SOBER now. It is amazing.

Discuss the complexity of life of those who lived in the Western Hemisphere before Europeans "invaded."

I don't want an answer to the question, I would just like to know what they mean by "the complexity of life." Does that mean how hard things were for them? I'm just confused. Thanks!

Are you willing to die for what you believe in?

Would you choose death over living a life that you don't want? Would you go down fighting rather than be subjected to a life you can not tolerate?

Would you lay down your life for your family and friends so that they could live the lives they want rather than be subjected to situations they could not tolerate?

Or are you afraid? Is your life so incredibly precious that nothing is more important than it, including your happiness? Are you a coward? Are you so afraid to live life your way that you'll accept anything else just to perpetuate a miserable existence?

What's more important: the quality of your life, or the length of your life?

It was in your bedroom.

And you had 1 to 5 children with this person.

If it was me, I would be heaven bound. I would just keep walking forward with a smile on my face. Because it would be time. I would just get in my car start it up, go to a bridge. Then jump off a bridge, either onto the railroad tracks, or onto the river. I will be in heaven finally. I am so serious. I am very serious.

What would you do?

If you believe, will you do a favor for me(and the world)? Let's cure AIDS together by believing there's a cure. If we all put out the message that everyone can be healed, the healing will happen soon.
There's a little girl in South Africa waiting for this cure, so let's hurry up and create it through the power of positive thinking.
Who's with me?

I went to town to buy a book,
That's filled with poetry.
What I then got to my surprise,
A brand new book for free.

I met the author signing books,
I asked him for his name.
I found he autographed my book,
As one on here, the same.

I told him that I come on here,
To learn to write my rhymes.
I asked him if he was the one,
Who'd helped me several times.

I got my book and went back home.
And read his lovely words.
I really liked the one he wrote,
About the flying birds.

He explained to me about counting syllables and making words rhyme by organizing them into different order and not changing the meaning. He also explained many more things. I wish I could have talked longer.

He signed my books:

Huggles n Squeezles
Exit Dondi, stage right.

Myth seems to be a hip word these days. It has taken the place of "lie". A myth almost always bears an element of truth. So even if the 3 bears are a myth 3 bears do make a family.
Mother Hubbard did not live in a regular size shoe. But she could have had so many children she didn't know what to do. Honies know that feeling.
sant does not deliver presents to every good kid in the world. But if they think he will they mind their p's and q's.
So if you say something is a myth you probably are agreeing with me.

Whenever it is that my time comes,
And judgement then awaits.
Judge not the wicked sinful heart.
Instead the righteous soul.
My life has been a long turmoil.
I lived a life of sin.
My mother called me Jezebelle,
For all my worldly ways.
Twas taught to me by satan's spawn.
The man I new as Dad.
The things he did were very wrong,
He took me for his own.
When I grew up I left this man,
To seek a life anew.
All I found were more like him,
To tear my world apart.
Now I sit behind these bars.
My life is close to done.
One more hour is all I have,
Until they throw the switch.
I guess I should have stayed at home,
And not killed all those men.
But I did not and now must pay.
The highest price of all.
My sinful life must now be lost.
For all the wrong I've done.
So judge me not for killing men,
Although they number twelve.
And pray forgiveness for my soul,
So I won't sleep in hell.
