we know matter exist, assuming that god also exist; which came first? if god exist as we know it, then it is very complex. how could something that complicated to be first and before the matter?! so matter had to be the cause of everything . idealism was a progressive idea for the time of caveman. realism is the way for a progressive future. religion is creating more problems and divides people and simply a tool of empire! change and evolution is a reality. we evolve from simple to more complex. that is a fact!

I personally HATE it, it is the most stupidest book EVER written, i only had to read the first page, not even to the second paragraph to literally throw it away, after throwing it away i picked it back up only because i have to read this stupid book for my honors English class, i have read books at a higher literate level and with more pages than this and i have never in my life been so un-entertained and lost in boredom, can someone please shoot the talentless fool who wrote this, i rather take the F+ than keep reading this crap, I'm sorry but this is the most gayest thing ever "there once was a hobbit whose house had a tunnel" wtf??

The story is about the forgotten stories of Walt Disney that he never wrote, they are each princes and princesses that each govern a land in disneyland and have to battle many disney characters in the process, i think it might sound a little too much like The Kingdom Keepers

Either that, or what I have in my head doesn't translate into writing!

if a friend or someone you know is keeping wild animals captive, and they really care about it, is it a sin or a good deed to set that animal free when they are not looking? Because the animal should be free, but the friend would be disappointed.

JK Rowling, I know for a fact, writes her Harry Potter books long-hand before typing them. I don't know about others.

Can someone give me pros and cons?

Which is better, in your opinion?

Is it just the type of person?

Are distraction an issue? (I can find a lot for both)

PS: I listen to music when i write. Does that play an element on which i should settle with?

Are dreams important to have to have a goal in life, or are dreams just something to be shattered? because i know that everyone needs to have a dream, but won't it be a disappointment if that dream doesn't come true? I honestly want to know what you guys think.
By the way, if someone has already given the answer exactly the same as yours, do not post it again. i will be awarding 10 points to the deepest, most meaningful, well-thoughtout answer. thank you.

A standard philosophical definition says that wisdom consists of making the best use of available knowledge. As with any decision, a wise decision may be made with incomplete information[citation needed]. The technical philosophical term for the opposite of wisdom is folly.[citation needed]

In his Metaphysics, Aristotle defines wisdom as knowledge of causes: why things exist in a particular fashion.

In addition to experience there are a variety of other avenues to gaining wisdom. For example, Freethinkers and others believe that wisdom may come from pure reason and perhaps experience, while others believe that it comes from intuition or spirituality.[citation needed]

Beginning with the ancient Greeks, European culture associates wisdom with virtue

I was helping my grandmother clean out her attic and we came across a picture of my great great great (yes it is that many greats, my mother, and sister spent 10 minutes debating, please don't bring back that headache) grandmother at her spinning wheel. It's an old black and white photo on a matte. When you angle it in the light the black areas reflect an array of colors like oil on pavement. I can only assume this is from the old chemicals used to process it (I took a photography course before). My question is what is the best way to save and restore it? And who would be the best people to take it to? Because I would like to save it and not leave it in the hands of people who don't know what they're doing. Please help me.

What's the best way to restore it and save it?
Who are the most qualified people to take it to?

Every day. Same stuff. Different names,
different places. It's the same. To me
it is so pedestrian, so commonplace. Is
this all it means to be human?

It was once thought that you could solve earths problems by thought alone. But now that our knowledge of science is increasing so fast, philsophers are unable to keep up. Since the discovery of the quantum world, logical thought has proved useless. Is it about time we get rid of the word philosopher and replace it with 'scientist' or 'psychologist' etc? Do they have any place now in solving the worlds problems?
