Can you feel the storm coming?
Do the waves splash water all over your sacred land?

Do the winds make you glance
Into
the sky
Oh, My!

Can you feel the storm coming?
Can you feel the storm coming?

Do the once calm breezes
Show signs of all the seasons
Is the wind like a riot
Is the sky up for grabs?

Do some birds go one way
Do other birds go other ways

Who stays?

Is the sky just like a screen
Is the wind just like static
Do the animals see then flee
Does the sea seem erratic?

The shutters get shut
By the winds that are flapping
The shutters go both ways
They don’t know what’s happening

The storm owns the body

And the storm can hush the mind

SURVIVAL IS KEY!
IT’S SHELTER ONE MUST FIND!

Unless you the have guts
To stare down the wind
But let’s be real
Do you think you can win?

Either way, all is refreshed after the storm…

It's the thought
Of that gentle grip
And sweet smile
That tears me in two

I still hear your giggles
Your childish laugh
And then your cries
When I was out of your view
For just a moment

I remember putting my arms
Around you
And scooping you up
Wiping your little brow
Telling you
Everything is all right

Well don't you feel alone
Never alone again

Your journey on this plane
Was not meant to be
But take my love
To guide you on

Just look back on your voyage
And I'll be there
Catch and keep my smile
Like I keep yours

The dark shadows have gone
The shining, the twinkling
Of the light
Is there for you
To follow

And I will help
To guide you
Your journey is not endless
My love is

I only wish
You could have stayed
Long enough to understand
How to say
Goodbye mummy and daddy

there is a minor debate in another question as to whether Wallace ever existed or not, and one member says that it is Heresy to say he existed and a lack of knowledge of my own culture and ignorance. I have been to Stirling, taken photo's and talked to the locals. He was a real person. Does anyone else think differently or the same?

Look at Supermans answer then below him the insults start and below that I make my comments.

I only care to resolve if people actually believe that he did not exist for I have never heard of this before now that there was a group that believed it Heresy to say he existed. I know they exist for things such as not believing in Concentration camps or that Slavery never happened. Things like that, I know their are groups that believe that, I never thought this so seriously of Wallace or is this just one person not a group?

Here in the UK, we are aware of some derogotary feeling from the US, having to win WW2 for us, the British.

This is my hypothesis: If the UK had rolled over and been defeated in 1939-42, hitler would have held all of europe, and our teritories including india, austrailia, a lot of Africa etc. With the Japs winning in Burma and asia, with no australian or british resistance, Germany and Japan would have help the whole world outside the US. Hitler would not have been fighting on 2 fronts against russia, russia would have japs and germans on each side and would have folded.

No matter how strong the US is, it could not have resisted the rest of the world, german and Japan on each side. SO if we hadnt resisted carpet bombing of civilians, if we had collaborated at first, the US has us to thank their not talking japaneese! But we DID need your financial support, and we probably wouldnt have won without you.
Just had to point out we won the war too!

I recommend this book...
Soulmates by Sue Minns!
(uderstanding the true gifts of intense encounters!)

I fished this out of my loft (where I keep all my old books and bric a brac) today.
I came across this book. I read it years ago. I seem to remember it was a really interesting read (very spiritual). I intend to take the time and read it again.

Thought I would recommend this to any of you interested in this type of read.

I'm asking this in philosophy, because I keep getting tautological answers in the more obvious categories. I need some lateral, creative thinking on this.

People are always shocked that I LOVE jokes, hearing them, telling them. I love to be silly, goofy, but I'm also very SERIOUS.

Why is this seen as a CONTRADICTION? I am really, really curious.

(It almost seems that culturally people separate themselves, as if -- well you tell me.... )
