Yes--I've seen it happen. Empty promises--campaign jargon--a whole lot of political BS.

I expect that Xerxes, Hammurabi and Nebuchadnezar will be remembered long after Mr. Shapiro has been forgotten. Likewise Alexander the Great, Caesar and Napolean.
