Each From Different Heights

That time I thought I was in love
and calmly said so
was not so much different from the time
I was truly in love
and slept poorly and spoke out loud
to the wall
and discovered the hidden genius
of my hands.
And the times I felt less in love,
less than someone,
were, to be honest, not so different
either.
Each was ridiculous in its own way
and each was tender, yes,
sometimes even the false is tender.
I am astounded
by the various kisses we're capable of.
Each from different heights
diminished, which is simply the law.
And the big bruise
from the longer fall looked perfectly white
in a few years.
That astounded me most of all.

Does anyone else absolutely HATE the mile long Wikipedia "cut and pastes" some people put in here to garner points? It's bad enough to post the link (after all, most teachers aren't even accepting it as a source anymore) but to past TONS of material should be disallowed. All it does is waste space.

I signed up for this modeling and acting thing. A few months later, they called and said that they were going to interview me. I felt really scared. I really don't know what to do right now...

I have heard that the "Armanian Genocide" was made up by Armanians to cover up for the fact that they killed 5 million turks in world war 2 (or 1?), but then they claim that they lost like 10 million Armanians or something.

The US doesn't recognize the Armanian genocide, right? So it probably didn't happen. Has anyone heard about this? I only heard about it 2 days ago for the first time.

my voice is pretty deep. I find it hard to project my voice in loud environments like bars. Also, if I talk for too long, I feel my throat is strained, and my voice cracks. How do I practice to make my voice louder?

Trying to find a texture medium to put onto canvas, then paint.
Mud/plaster wont work because it will crack and eventually fall off. I have heard of using silica gel, but cannot find it anywhere. Also need to cover a canvas about 6' x 4'. Will be painting over it w/ acrylic and acrylic fluid medium.
It needs to be formable/workable for a short amount of time and dry hard. Also on a budget.
Any ideas?

Lately I've noticed a very small square shaped digital image on our billing statements. I've asked several people what it is, but no one seems to know. It's normally on the very left hand side, and usually near a name & address.
Does anyone know what this little digital image box is used for?

Or so I'm guessing by last names. Is ballroom dancing something you have to learn there or something? Just curious, I find it interesting!

I don't know where to find this in my history book. Maybe it starts from the new colonies to before the depression.
When did the nation start to dispose garbage with sewer systems and dumps?
I remember that there's a section about how NY people typically threw their garbage out the window and the connection of diseases and waste.
It would be more helpful if someone can ballpark a date or provide links (like to an article on sparknotes.com)
Thanks!

You were mine.

I was yours.

Swept away.

Behind invisible doors.

Locked inside.

But I am free.

Know that you.

Will always have me.

You may move on.

And not look Back.

I realize.

We are on different tracks

You stay left.

And I go right.

But we were once.

In the same night.

You fell fast.

I wonder a lot.

Do you do that often?

Or did I hit a soft spot?

I realize we.

Could probably not be.

I don't expect.

To wait and see.

I can't forget.

What happened that night.

I carry it with me.

The rest of my life.

No regrets.

I couldn't lie.

Most people do.

But I didn't cry.

Life has changed.

Since that cold night.

It wasn't planned.

Blame moonlight.

Thoughts are concepts converted into language. language is a construct of the brain as proved when people loose the ability to speak or understand language after a stroke, but can still reason. Animals can reason but have no spoken language. Therefore, telepathy involves picking up on concepts comming from another brain not words.

A Poem Called Love

I've seen it hurt my closest friends

I've seen it make them cry.

I've seen it take their innocence.

I've seen it change their lives.

I've seen it turn it all a mess.

I've seen it rise and fall.

I've seen it make them look like less.

I've seen it leave with all.

With all of this I have a need.

I yearn to endure their ache.

I want to fall fast and hard.

Just for loves sake.
