Thoughts are concepts converted into language. language is a construct of the brain as proved when people loose the ability to speak or understand language after a stroke, but can still reason. Animals can reason but have no spoken language. Therefore, telepathy involves picking up on concepts comming from another brain not words.

Feelings are strengthened so you feel,not hear.the feeling can be annoying(mine won't shut up) and will leave you alone when you make a choice.Telepathy isn't brain power, but heart power(pardon the cliche')

you are wrong animals have language. It isn't sophicated as our language. They howl, groan, moan, grunt, whinny, squeek, quack etc.
