Even science has core postulates which require faith.
For example, there is no particular reason to believe that everything can be analyzed, or that we can even understand the answers even if we find them.
Scientists know this all to well - many of them engage in research projects which may take years, if not lifetimes, to show outcomes of interest. You can't start a project like that without a lot of faith that things are going to turn out.
Science only seems certain and faithless from the outside.

Your all missing the point here! science and faith and God are one of the same. To categorize one above the other is to admit your knowledge of one or the other is failing. Everything is explainable and everything on Gods earth is both science and faith driven. How can one say that God is a belief and science is fact purely based upon what we can prove, disprove or not prove? Everything in our universe whether fact, physics or spiritual, fall hand in hand. What man believes he can achieve, he can, provided he has the time and determination to do it. just a thousand years ago, most of our technology would be described as witchcraft or that of some higher power from outer-space or something. Grow up people, I'm tiring of saying this! Edx

Science is a method to discover the possible and the probable, and truth is neither, it is concrete and undeniable. Truth never relies on faith or proof, our weak minds may require these things to understand it but our minds and our methods do not control it. The only way to find truth is to experience it and accept it.

Religion was a form of science. It was a way to come to grips with reality...
Science is a new way to do that...but since religion permiates every aspect of society...it is hard to get rid of...
My answer is....Science is enough. Or at least you will not get more from faith than from science. Unless you feel you need something to complete you, because you cannot do it for yourself.

There are many areas of life science cannot explain, such as evolution (which is not a science)!!!! Science also is insufficient in explaining human behavior, despite psychology. You need a combination of approaches, not just scientific ones. So yes, you do need faith.

science is never enough to search for truth. in search of truth, if not all, almost all sectors should be taken into consideration for one to see the whole picture vividly and have a comprehensive understanding of things.

The Bible is the key to all answers in life. Science is an excellent subject, and truth is something you need to seek out if you want to learn.

I don't know what your faith is but you should never give up in what you believe in. Sometimes science can be false, and sometimes scientists claim false statements. But true science should complete your faith and back it up... well depending on what your faith is. My faith is Christianity and true science backs it up completely. Also, what do you live for? Scientists and the way of the world gives you no hope for the future. But you can live for higher things. Love, truth, peace, unity... the list goes on. And like the Bible says:
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
What that basically means is what you live for is what you will get. If you like for money then that's all you will have in your heart. But if you live for LOVE then that is what you will have in your HEART. Ask yourself what do you have in your heart?

Science may give answers, but not to the yearnings of the soul. Facts are too cold.
