I am probably the most mediocre person in the world i live in. Not too rich, not too poor, not too smart, not too dumb, not too handsome, not too ugly... I always get B-grade marks, never an A... Always comes up second or third in love and competition... Although i'm not last, am I still a LOSER? what is the advantage of being a slightly-above-average guy?

I'm a history buff, but too young to remember South Africa and the struggle to end apartheid but I find it interesting. I was told that, back when apartheid ended in 1994, a lot of whites left South Africa. I was just curious, did they leave out of fear of not being able to control the government or did they leave out of protest.

Also, where did the majority of them move to, considering there aren't any countries where apartheid-governments exist, at least none where whites are the ones in control.

I'm just curious, thanks in advance for all the responses.

Myself and several friends are planning to do this in aid of charity, and I know that several students from Southampton union did it in the past. Any idea how long it would take, without a break?

I believe that mankind will never be free until we reject morality and religion.

Religions are simply false tales told about imaginary invisible men to keep people mentaly sedated while the powers above us make off with our hard earned money and riches.

Not that money and riches are much better - mankind is also being held hostage by his desire for wealth, status and riches - which coincidentaly is the driving force behind Capitalism.

Do Not Covet your neighbor's possessions?
ISN'T THAT WHAT CAPITALISM IS ALL ABOUT? Isn't purchasing of well advertised products (or keeping up with the Jones') what keeps America's well oiled supply & demand system afloat?

Reject your belief in whatever invisible man you believe in.

Reject your desire for gold and spinning rims.

Reject the lies and BS that you've been handfed since you were a child ( Santa Clause, Easter Bunny, Tooth Fairy, etc)
