I read a lot of books when I was younger, and I barely remember it, but I think it was a series of the same books that told moral stories (kind of like the bearenstien bears) and all I can remember is this one book about the gimme monster or something.... when I think of it I can see in my head the one that says gimme is in a tree and is looking down in a lake and he takes something from the other person.... im thinking the "people" in the book are furry creatures?? I KNOW this is very vague, but I REALLY REALLY want to know what these books were it's driving me CRAZY
ANY suggestions are MORE THAN WELCOME!!! PLS PLS HELP!

And what attributes did you have to have in order for people to believe you were a witch? I know being left handed was one of them? And something about floating in a river?

do we also...know things even after we are out of our mother's tummies...know things that we just can't express yet...because we cannot speak yet...but, we Do comprehend much of what people say or the tones of how people convey things to us? Do we actually "get" stuff...before we can speak?
What do you think? Be honest....and just say what you "really" feel regarding true human-babyhood...and how our brain works...what do you actually feel, know, believe, or think..???..

Why is it hard for humans to take things one day at a time, as in literally-focus on the day at hand, be thankful and grateful for the present, and keep on focusing on that one particular day?

Are there any beliefs or philosophies that emulate taking life one day at a time?

I think this can be powerful..

God bless,

Alex

La La Land

A charming place
Where daydreams are real
No need to beg
Or borrow or steal.

Where things are not bought
But simply given away
And the sun shines brightly
Everyday

Its always pleasant
In la la land
Where all goes well
And according to plan

There is no pain
No broken hearts
Everyday
Is a brand new start

Dreamers dream
And watch them come true
Nobody sits around
Crying the blues

Each head has a cloud
To wear as a crown
Nobody can steal it
Or put it down

Where your hearts desire
Is always at hand
So what’s wrong with living
In la la land?
