Go to http://www.urbancurators.com
A group of RISD students calling themselves the Urban Curators have spent the last month finding and highlighting art in the most unlikely places in urban Providence. Passersby will noticed gilded, museum style frames on sides of deteriorating buildings, crumbling walls, on fences and on doors.
"By accenting the places that are often ignored or disregarded by passersby, we hope to compel people to reconsider their prior conceptions of beauty and worth," said one urban curator. Their goal is to engage the public in recognizing the aesthetic value of the decaying urban environment and to celebrate overlooked spaces and objects within the City.
They encourage people to get involved by framing something in their own environment and posting it to the website. Essentially, they want everyone to become an urban curator.
More information can be found on the urban curators' website, http://urbancurators.com. Video & map also.

The words of this song always make me cry? What effect do they have on you?

Some say love it is a river
That drowns the tender reed.
Some say love it is a razor
That leaves your soul to bleed.

Some say love it is a hunger
An endless, aching need
I say love it is a flower,
And you it’s only seed.

It’s the heart afraid of breaking
That never learns to dance
It’s the dream afraid of waking
That never takes the chance

It’s the one who won’t be taken,
Who cannot seem to give
And the soul afraid of dying
That never learns to live.

And the night has been too lonely
And the road has been too long.
And you think that love is only
For the lucky and the strong.

Just remember in the winter
Far beneath the bitter snow
Lies the seed that with the sun’s love,
In the spring, becomes a rose.

well I am trying to write a series of novel set in a fictional world (this world doesn't contain magic or aliens, just like our world) but is set in an anachronistic world full of countries that may mirror some of ours

Well, my question is this

Writers like Tolkien, Prattchet, etc. mind on first create and develop the world or the world or the world is developed as they write?

or is it a little of both?

any websites where I can have information about creating imaginary worlds would help

I just bought a copy of Shakespeare's work at a used bookstore. The preface is the only place any dates (outside of the years Shakespeare wrote the plays) are listed, and the preface ends with the date 1855.

The book is in reasonable shape, and is entitled:

"Shakespeare's Works
Illustrated

Unabridged
Volume 1"

Are there any source that could give me the possible value of this book?
