My Desktop. I want a really good (non porn) colourful, exciting and vibrant picture.?
I want a really good (non porn) colourful, exciting and vibrant large picture for my desktop.

I did see a lovely picture of the inside of a library in a Stately home, but now I cannot find the picture.
I also liked a picture of a fireside scene in a lounge, but again, I cannot find the picture.

Have you got some suggestions of pictures that I could use on my DESKTOP? (Ideally the bigger the picture, the nicer it will look on the DESKTOP.)

Jock

the paper has to answer what sets the main character up for failure, what the tragic flaws are, and what the trajic consequences are.

here's what I have written.

A tragedy often contains a main character who inevitably becomes a tragic hero due to his character flaw. This tragic flaw leads to the characters demise and overall tragedy of the play. Arthur Miller, author of “death of a salesman” defines a tragic flaw as “inherent unwillingness to remain passive in the face of what he conceives to be a challenge to his dignity, his image of his rightful status” (248). This definition of what a character flaw is can be applied to both “Oedipus Rex” by Sophocles and Miller’s “death of a salesman”. Although these plays were written centuries apart they are both tragic stories where the main character is in search of answers to a situation they were previously ignorant about.

I'm 12 and I love to read. I'm looking for some good books to read and places on the internet to get them cheap. There are no used book stores or anything like that around here so please don't suggest that. Is there any place on the internet I can get them?

For suggestions, I LOVE fantasy, horse books, and teenish romance. My all-time fave books are Harry Potter, Twilight and Phantom Stallion! All suggestions are appreciatied!

NO stupid answers please!

This was the gods' god,
The leashed divinity,
Divine divining rod
And Me within the me.

By mindlight tower and tree
Its shadow on the ground
Throw, and in darkness she
Whose weapon is her wound

Fends off the knife, the sword,
The Tiger and the Snake;
It stalks the virgin's bed
And bites her wide awake.

Her Bab-el-Mandeb waits
Her Red Sea gate of tears:
The blood-sponge god dilates,
His rigid pomp appears;

Sets in the toothless mouth
A tongue of prophecy.
It speaks in naked Truth
Indifference for me

Love, a romantic slime
That lubricates his way
Against the stream of Time.
And though I win the day

His garrisons deep down
Ignore my victory,
Abandon this doomed town,
Crawl through a sewer and flee.

A certain triumph, of course,
Bribes me with brief joy:
Stiffly my Wooden Horse
Receive into your Troy.

I heard of a Travel Group that offers a tour of all the places visited in The DaVinci Code. I liked the book and would like to plan a trip to see all of the places that Dan Brown wrote about. Does anyone happen to know who provides it?

I took these pictures at 4:00am at a local gravyard. They have not been messed with by any editing program.

My camera is a FUJI FINEPIX DIGITAL 6.0 MEGAPIXEL camera, and is nearly brand new, and in very good condition - i.e I keep the lens clean, and free of dust/water, whatever.

On the night it was taken there was:

Good weather conditions, it was very clear, and not foggy at all, and the temperature was mild - not cold enough to turn your breath into steam.

Not raining, snowing, misty, windy - it was perfectly clear, and may I add - a full moon.

No people smoking around me - neither me or any of the people who I was with was smoking, or created smoke by setting fire to matches, or anything similiar.

So I present to you these two digital photographs, that have only been re-sized, noting else.
