I took these pictures at 4:00am at a local gravyard. They have not been messed with by any editing program.

My camera is a FUJI FINEPIX DIGITAL 6.0 MEGAPIXEL camera, and is nearly brand new, and in very good condition - i.e I keep the lens clean, and free of dust/water, whatever.

On the night it was taken there was:

Good weather conditions, it was very clear, and not foggy at all, and the temperature was mild - not cold enough to turn your breath into steam.

Not raining, snowing, misty, windy - it was perfectly clear, and may I add - a full moon.

No people smoking around me - neither me or any of the people who I was with was smoking, or created smoke by setting fire to matches, or anything similiar.

So I present to you these two digital photographs, that have only been re-sized, noting else.

I have no idea what the "fog" is. I have had the same experience. I took pictures of an older home that I moved out from also with a digital camera. The "fog" also showed up in some of my pictures.
I never "felt" or heard anything unusual in the house while I lived there. I took pictures after I moved out all my furniture just for memory sake of all the good times in that home. But that same "fog" showed up in some of my pictures as well.

Photo #1= Possibly. Or it can just be the lens is dirty and light is bouncing around off the edges of the dirt. See explaination above.
I've had a few weird things show up in photos though, so I'm not gonna say with absolute certainty it isn't a ghost, but feel its more likely not.

The second one is definitely not a ghost-its lens flare - digital cameras like to make little orbs when they pick up stray light.

My suggestion, get a clean lens (replace the one you have just in case you have stripped away the coating-this is a reasonable response) and go back to the graveyard and shoot again.

PS-I never got a shot of a ghost in a graveyard, but in a few houses I've had stuff like that show up - and this stuff was shot on film. However, despite the fact I clean my lenses properly, I cannot discount that the film didn't get damaged in processing (even though I can't see evidence of same) or there was some fogging in the paper or the paper developer was contaminated. There are so many points in the process that can be corrupted, its really very hard to say anyone has actually gotten a picture of a ghost.

No ghosts here.
I enlarged and detailed this in Photoshop.
Lots of lens flare and lens scuzz. You're either not getting the lens as clean as you think or you're over-cleaning it to the point of scrapping off the protective layer.
Also a fair amount of distortion on the outer margins.
The second photo shows a distant light -- distorted by your focal length.

I've looked carefully at your photos, but I really can't say what you saw. I have an open mind about this kind of thing - I've seen (and heard) some weird things, too. However, I am curious to know what you were doing in the local graveyard at 4am!

On all of those ghost encounter shows they show in their videos dots of light and aura type things. That looks like those shows. I am not sure if I believe any of it at all. Could have been a smudge on the lense too...lenses are delicate and not easy to clean 100%.

This was asked before. And the answer is still the same. No ghosts, just optical and equipment artifacts.

the first photo I have no clue--the second it is probably light bouncing off of a piece of dust or a bug flying by.---the first is creepy looking though.

Try sending to T.A.P.S(guys on Ghost Hunters)-- They don't charge if you have no money

This is lens flare combined with some aberration and distortion present in an average consumer lens.

Now, where do I get paid, Dave???????????????????????

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and this ain't it.
