Why did the trial of milosevic keep going when Clinton found out that the atrocities in Bosnia were self inflicted. He still helped Bin laden set up staging and training facilities in Bosnia - even the los angeles times and washington papers printed this (for one day)
and the opium trade grew.

If Roman statues of Atlas depict him holding a spherical object, why do we believe Colombus discovered the world is not flat? Surely the Romans or Greeks knew before him.

What if my red was your blue? Whenever you saw blue you saw my red but we both called it blue. We would never his because we can't see through eachothers eyes. So if we saw through eachothers eyes, would it be the same?

This is for research for my novel. Artifacts and cultural exhibits like you would find in world-renowed museums here and abroad. A good list would be around 10, with some background information, or a link to list them would be great. I've asked a similar question to this in August about 25 artists and their paintings. (I'm not sure what category this would fit under.)

This is for my novel as in research. A list of 10-15 would be great on photography and their photographers. Any references to links of a list would be great. I asked a similiar question to this back in August in paintings in the art category.

This summer I've asked on artists and their paintings. Now I'm asking on sculptures. A list of 10 would be good, more is better. Any references to websites with a list? This is for research for my novel.

I was just wondering if there are any books that are extremely interesting and fairly easy to read, I can read the challenging ones and ones with underlying messages, they aren't as fun, but I still enjoy a good message that isn't easy to find. I also love Stephen King and any kind of horror or mystery or suspense. Like I said, I'm a very diverse reader, I just would love something specific to go look for at Half-Price Books. :D so if you have any great suggestions any great reads as of lately please feel free to get free points and let me know. :D Thanks so much! <3

Consider this... probabilistically there are millions of life containing planets out there all at various stages of development - from civilizations that are just beginning to civilizations probably millions of years more advanced than us. Or there could just be beings somewhere that do have technology so much more advanced than us. I'm not postulating "God" but am postulating advanced beings - probably a lot like us.

If our civilization which has only had technology for about 30 to 40 years can create life simulating games such as the sims or 3d animation characters that we see in the movies or can clone.... could a civilization or being have actually created and be overlooking "our world" as matter of factly as a computer game or science experiement where we are the puppets?
