I am an author of childrens books and i have done some work in secondary schools recently, trying to get teenagers to read more. it wasn't easy and after throwing almost every single book i could think of at this one particuarly stubborn kid i found ANTHONY HOROWITZ. it was amazing. this kid that refused to read anything before came back to me a month later having read the entire ALEX RIDER series!
