All I can figure is that it might have been due to one or a combination of the following:
1) Possibly it was opportune timing on the Americans part due to something hindering the British army (for example, like another war that the British was fighting at the same time with another opposing force).
2) Maybe the US forces employed innovative war tactics unknown before that time.
3) The US was lucky.
4) The US was well prepared and the British underestimated the US's preparedness to fight.

I suppose I could go on speculating. Does anyone have any information on this?

Give me some feedback on what you think....I am considering writing a book about the following....my husband has 2 kids that he has been fighting with the mother's to get standard father's rights to for over a year. The Florida court system is definitely not geared towards fathers, especially if they are trying to do the right thing. I would like to write a book about his battle with this....does it sound interesting, do you think people would read? I am aware this will take time but I need to see if it has merit. Thanks.

It is that there is a mysterious light that lights up the sea on the same time each year, being the 13 December at approx. 7pm. This mysterious staute is of the virgin Mary holding two small children in each arm. This light is found near a cliff on the Sicilian Coast and only lights up only once a year and the same time each year.

Some paintings sell in millions of dollars ! Amazes me, why?
I can understand some historical paintings which show certain peoples and their cultures, like the clothes they worn, tools they used, and courts of Kings and Princess, how they looked. But, other forms of art, why so costly, and what's their use?

Some People try say that People can't become demons cause they're spirit. Or They can't become Angels because they're spirit.
? do they think we people are just flesh without spirit? We are spirit but we are encased in flesh cause of the ones that partook of the Forbidden Fruit of the tree in the middle of The Garden Of Eden! We probably were in a material similar to flesh but without the flesh limitations.. we are cut off from that! Maybe we were able to snap our fingers and get what ever we wanted. And the garden was merely for pleasure! We are spirit so if we are bad we become demons, devils, satanists, but if we are good we become angels, heavenly spirits, Therefore this world is the bridge to heaven or hell! Are we not spirits? If we aren't then what the heck are we?
