It is that there is a mysterious light that lights up the sea on the same time each year, being the 13 December at approx. 7pm. This mysterious staute is of the virgin Mary holding two small children in each arm. This light is found near a cliff on the Sicilian Coast and only lights up only once a year and the same time each year.

I think you are responding to the letter you received in the mail telling you that if you send someone $29, you will be blessed by the Virgin of the Black Rocks, and you will get a reward of $770,000. A fool and their money are soon parted. Do a google search for "Virgin of the Black Rocks" and see how many results you get... as of today, there was 2!!!! I would suggest that the letter is a scam. The person on th eletter I got was from Pia Anderson, who also doesn't exist!!! Save your money!
