Big Brother is watching you ... sends chills really ... how would a society get to that point, would you personally allow it to (ie go with the flow to avoid trouble) and what is the likelihood of a similar system taking over like that in our future?

I have a project in physics, in which the best works will get a high grade and will be put to the Science Exhibit. I have very low grades in Physics, and if I will not do well, I might fail. I need to do this very well...:

I need to find any topic in Physics and illustrate it in the most articstic way possible. It needs good content, impact, and I must do it within 1 hour (but the materials can be prepared at home). What should I do? What topic? How will I illustrate it?

THANKS FOR HELP!!!^_^

majority of questions posed are either related to harry potter series, dan brown, sidney sheldon and anne rice.......dosent it make you wonder about the quality of books that are becoming beat sellers, and what happened to real, serious, meaningful reading?

I've read the book, but I still can't seem to get the answer to this question. Can anyone give me any kind of clue as to where to look?

"In his first description of Carl Heine, Guterson imparts a fair amount of what is seems to be background information... We learn that Carl Heine is considered a "good man." How do these facts become crucial later on, as mechanisms of plot, as revelations of the dead man's character and as clues to San Piedro's collective mores?"

Like, what are "collective mores"? I'm so confused... maybe I'm stupid.

My child spends hours ,upon days, for about 10 years now, setting up action scenes elaborate sets with action figires. They have actually become quite intriguing. Is there simple equiptment that a child of 4-5 or at least under12 can use to make simple vidios. I know nothing...clean slate here..we do not even have a digital camera. THANK YOU

This question becomes more complex as the years pass....time leaves its impression, like it or not, it seems....it does, indeed, "march on..." When so much of who we are and what we do can be attributed to whatever circumstances, roles we have, hormones, knowledge we have at any one time, or even memory we choose to remember or forget, what parts of the self--or your self--have endured/endure, and what parts changed/change? How much of who you were is who you are?
