Here's the joy, dear one. This book will cost you over $50, but it is the one place I found it...and I am good at looking....

Useful book buying websites:

www.amazon.co.uk
www.abebooks.co.uk
www.alibris.com
www.ebay.co.uk (sometimes)

I have checked each of those for you and there's nothing available at the moment. You could try posted 'Wanted' notes though - I know ebay and amazon let you do this, perhaps the others do as well - so that anyone going to sell a copy of the book can see you want it and get straight in touch.
