No. Some things can be imagined but are not physically possible to create. Look at many of the drawings of M. C. Escher, for example. They are clearly of things imagined, but they are impossible -- stairs going always down, but back to the start, for example. Or, try this: imagine a cube of solid gold, one thousand kilometres on a side. Not possible: the force of its own gravity would pull it into a sperical shape.
the point is, not everything that is conceivable is actually possible.
