i was a gymnast for 11 years now im 14 i quit when i was 13 so about a year ago i quit now i think i quit for the wrong reasons but im happy becuz now im on a dance team but i have dreams about going back and im so happy in my dreams .... what should i do?

OK well I've tried like almost every way to find a way to sing from my diaphram. And I know that I'm doing something wrong. I do sing in a church choir, so my teacher does tell me somewhat. Some dreams are so real it seems they could be true experiences; and I think sometimes they are.
I have had dreams with people I know, and the next day we realize we had similar thoughts.
Has this happened to anyone else?
