Who said I wasn't happy?

I think that most people have not experience real happiness, including myself, and the fact that we haven't for so long turns into ignorance and a cover that we project to the world to stop ourselves from realizing the truth or being hurt by others. The human race seems never to be happy because they dream of things and they believe that there is something better out there, so they simply choose not to be happy so that they can subconciously create this alternate world where everything that they want and need is there. But in truth, if they ever did go to that alternate world, they wouldn't be happy anyway. It is the way that the human mind seems to deal with everything and it comes with the loss of love and the coming of domestication.

New research shows we seek both comfort and pleasure. Comfort is like, for example, knowing your wife is safe and happy with you at home, that at home everything's Ok'. The Pleasure part in this example is to go have couple of beers with your friends. This case is relatively simple cause there's not always conflict beetween these comforts and pleasures; Of course, this is not always the case. If I constantly neglect my family at home because I spend too much time with my pals, then there will be more conflict, less stability and less happiness; A note must be realized here: This categorization suggest a diference beetween relief and happiness-- To be happy is to have all the reliefs at a rate fast enough in life so that you still are motivated to live, to go on, because you feel that, despite the challenge, it's worth the price of perseverance and adjustments to be made. If you have some relief but not in all areas of life (or not at rate that makes you refreshed after suffering, and thus not feel motivate enough to pursue new high personal goals) then you won't be happy that moment, and some good things in life --which personaly I feel they are always still there or reachable-- are going to be relief but won't bring happiness . If this continue for too long (to have some reliefs but no motivation or happiness for life overall, like when we are depressed and all the good things that we know we have in life have loss, at least temporarily, a bit of flavor) then we may get too depressed and commit suicide without help from others or a radical change in attitude, which is harder to obtain than outside help, of course. We should help anyone who have come up to this point of severe depression; Since some life needs to satisfy are subjective, you may first want to "double-check" what things are really important and could bring stability and long lasting wellbeing in your life. This is a must-do task, but by itself will not grant happiness (the one type I'm talking about here)...

They want me to do things that I don't know how to do . They want me to teach about the culture of my country when I don't know how . They say I am from there so I should know how .
I am also not happy cuz I finally came to America thinking it would be a lovely place but it is not . People are judging me a lot cuz I am muslim . And cuz I do my prayers and evrything , they think there must be somthing wrong with me .
and it is lonely in here when everything is totally different and the only way for u to cope is to change who u r when u don't wanna change that .

I am happy...very happy in fact. Life does give me moments where I may shed a tear but that doesn't mean I'm not happy..it means I'm human. Essentially my being is in peace and harmony which is the basis of true happiness.

Well,... I am very happy. I don't need things, food, dreams, to make me happy, as long as I have the Lord, I have all I need!

The joy of the Lord is my strength!

I am essentially happy. Your question is a projection. Check a psychology book.
