Someone asked me this question and I have not as yet figured it out.

If sound is the interpretation of vibrations travelling through air then one is tempted to say that there is no sound unless there's someone to hear it.

But then again, those vibrations are there, but can they be said to be sound/noise? Does sound depend on the interpreter's presence or not?

Many immoral people claim that their immoral behaviors are not to be judged. This is a ludacris cop-out. Right and wrong cannot be determined without judgement. Another function of judgmentalism - one which I, myself, detest - is the sentencing of someone to eternal damnation for particular behaviors. This is the aspect of judgementalism which should not be practiced - not determining whether a behavior is right or wrong. Does anyone agree?

JK Rowling's just come out with a statement saying that two characters will die in Harry Potter's seventh book. She also stated one character got a reprieve (isn't going to die, even though she intended them to.)

why would it be classified as a cult? why dont these people say they just switched faiths. people who switch from methodist do baptise dont claim that the methodist are cults

so why is it different to switch from one christian sect to another
