Order of Pheonix, because it allowed Harry to see that sometimes adults aren't there to help out when the students need it. It allows them to grow.

I favorite harry potter book would have to be the prisoner of Azcaban. I started to read this book just because of the fact that I had gone through all my romance novels and had nothing else. The book was my brothers and I just happen to see it and pick it up. It was exciting and interesting. I like the imagination of the author along with the very distinct differences in each character. With the plot of the story being in some far out dimension between here and no where, it makes for a good read.

Order of the Phoenix is my favorite Harry Potter book because Harry's classmates finally realize that he has been right about many things. They finally come together as one when he teaches them Defense Against the Dark Arts and they have his back when he takes on the Dark Lord and his Drath Eaters at the Ministry of Magic.

My favorite harry potter book would be, well the whole series but if i had 2 pick it would be the 6th, alot things happen and it keeps you reading till your finished the entire book, what i also like that its the book before the final 7th , so obviously theres alot of clues in it, and it really makes you think"is snape evil(?). "is dumbledore really dead(?)."is malfoy really going to survive being a death eater(?)."will Ginny be again with Harry(?)/ and SO much more!there's so much to think about in book 6, you really have to reread it at least twice in order to catch all the hidden clues and descriptions. The way Rowling ages harry and every one perfectly from young innocent children waiting to use a wand, to grumpy(puberty),smart, Mature young men and women. As the books keep coming the newest one becomes my favorite, though i love every book, but the 6th if my favorite.

I gotta go with Prisoner of Azkaban too. :) I love Remus, I liked the whole Sirius plot. Seconds is probably Half Blood Prince, even though they killed Dumbledore it just seemed to flow. And I really liked learning about Voldemort.
My least favorites easily Order of the Phoeniz. By the end, I was wishing someone would AK Harry. He was annoying in that book!

My favorite right now (it always changes each time I read the series!) is Prisoner of Azkaban.
POA is the last "light" book before the death and doom of the other books. There's no Voldemort (with the exception of the threat of him, as always), there's his first trip to Hogsmeade, getting the Firebolt, and Harry learns who Sirius is. For that brief moment where he thought he could go and live with him, it was his happiest time! I fear Harry hasn't had many other of those moments, nor will he in the imediate future.

I liked Half Blood Prince the most because it's taking the series in a totally difference direction. The way it ended really leaves a lot for the last book to answer. Should be interesting to see where it goes.

The fourth book. I really don't know why. It had exitement. It was the bridge in between the easier books and the ones with more adult ideas. It was the first one I recieved in hardcover. I liked the idea of a ball. I loved the tensity of the Triwizard tournament. I cried when Diggory died. It really took my emotions with it. But, I hate the movie. The movie butchered it! Come back Chris Columbus!

The Prisoner of Azkaban - I like it because it focuses on Harry's parents (and their friends), they win the Quittich Cup and there's nifty wizard gadgets! PLus, Snape gets insulted by a piece of paper- can't get much better....
