Sometimes at night, I go lay out on the lawn and look up at the night sky. I see all of the stars, the vast universe that is out there.... and I think, WOW! little old me under this huge sky, wonder if and how God remembers me in the whole scheme of things.
And sometimes ponder, what else could be out there.... any little green aliens?

The other day when all of the chips had fallen....me, wife and 4 kids stranded on highway. No money. No hope. Just a cell phone and good people in my corner. Feeling helpless and realizing that the only one who could help me was GOD. I prayed and he brought us through.......i realized i am a man ....i am human and incapable of doing it all by myself.

At the age of 9..... I drown and was dead for nearly 2 minutes. Experiencing ones own mortality first hand makes one very aware of many things.

at a firewalk, we did an angel walk where you close your eyes and walk backwards between 2 rows of people who are touching you and saying how special and beautiful and loved you are. it was incredible, i felt so connected and complete at that moment, i always carry that feeling with me now............wonderful, i wish everyone could feel that connected

when i work, and have feelings towards my patients, and sometimes you make human errors and you learn from them, and you learn to not make the same mistakes. you are human when you discover that you are not perfect!

Right after my haircut and shave yesterday.
Right after putting in my contacts.
Right after resisting an animal urge.
