no matter what time i wake up,i cant seem to go to sleep at a descent hour.i dont want medication.ive been having trouble since i started working evening shift 4 pm -10pm,any sugestions on how to unwind

I don't know why, and it's not as if i'm trying to make it happen, but the other day i recaled something that seemed so real. I had a memory just all of a sudden that my aunt molested me as a child. As a couple of days pass it becomes even more vivid. I'm scarred because i belive she is molesting my neice now. I'm 23 now, and the memory i recall is one from at least 3 or 4. I know it might seem strange, but my memory can even stretch back to at least one or two. Please help me! What should i do? I have been abused before, but i knew these people. This is the first time anything like this has ever come to mind. I know that no one will belive me, but i need to know for myself because it would help to put a lot of things that i remember about my child hood and about me as an adult in perspective. I trying to move with my life now, I haven't recalled any old data from my childhood on purpose. At times things may just pop up in my mind, but it's only temporary i have moved on, or am trying.

well, she is 25 and i am 19. there is a word around that her parents are organizing her wedding for late 2008 and she also has a secure job. I do have a good job but am not financially secure yet. i really dont know what should i do. should i tell her that i love her and want to get married to her? i am confused confused confused...plz help

Anyways from what I can remember the whole thing took place at the complex I live at. I was going to the store with mom and dad was taking her car for some reason when it had really bad smoke from muffler and ended up catching on fire when we stopped him from leaving. We all didnt seem the mind because of the insurance money that would follow though lol. The cops ended up showing up and somehow the fire was put out very quickly too quickly almost as if no effort went into it.

There was more to the dream but im getting blurry on some points the next point that really stands is when me and 2 of my friends were sitting outside having lunch a person approched one of my friends and they got into a argument which followed in a fight. My friend was losing the fight so me and my other friend decided to get hockey sticks from the car and all 3 of us really beat this guy down badly. I ended up slitting his throat at the end when he made a threat to kill my whole family for the beat down.

What does SLI do really? Does it give you the persormance of two cards but both working as one? (like Double the performance of having one?) I really need help i have a 8800 GTS OC2 320MBS from BFG and im about to buy a another soon. however i want to know if it really going to improve my performance. Right now im trying to play crysis at 1024x764 res. and im getting around 25-40 max of 60 fps. Please help as much as you can. i don't wanna invest another 320 dollars in a product that won't give me what i want thanks for all the answers

So I just bought a used 06/07 152 "el sined" sined snowboard and am wondering about its camber and flex. It hasn't been used much and it's a little on the stiff side, but the guy said it's because it needs to be broken in. And it doesn't have a whole lot of camber. So I'm wondering, does it really only need to be broken in? Does flexibility come with use?

The main impression that I get here is that there are quite a few men who wish to be in charge and want women to go back to how they used to be, ie-obedient, feminine women who stay at home looking after her husband,children and taking care of the household. Also many men have mentioned that women are too physically weak to fight.

But then I hear a fair amount of grumbling about how men don't like to be seen as disposable when it comes to going off to fight in wars.
So my question is, if men wish not to be disposable then why are they so against women fighting along side of them?
Wars happen, that can't be changed, so why do men place themselves in this position and don't want women fighting alongside and then grumble?
It's appears to be contradictory, so what do men really want?

I often dont listen to techno music and I knwo this kind of sounds odd but I was just dying to know ever since I got finished watching the pay per view of UFC 79 what piece of music that was that Wanderleii Silva was introduced with in his debut.

All I can assume so far is that the genre was probably techno and or electronic dance.I have to have that piece though.

I dont know whether he is dealing in drugs or just schitzophrenic. I do know that he has two big , mean dogs who is keeping everyone in the neighborhood upset. and when my mom and I went to him to ask him to get his dogs to quit trying to attack the neighbors, he threw us out of his house. We never threatened him. He was the one who threatened. . What do I need to do to get the authorities ( police ) to investigate this guy? I am afraid he will eventually hurt someone, because of his previous actions. We think his wife is afraid of him too, because of the way she acted when he was in the room. .

Well sometimes I think I do! I can go places, travel about with google earth, talk to friends from afar, no one knows the real me or what I am like, I can be myself or a totally diferrent person, I can buy things I have been searching for for ages, I can be honest without seeing that person get upset because I speak the truth, sometimes I think I am like 2 people, one for my home life and then the one who lives free on here......anyone else like this? I am sure I must have hit a nerve there!!
