if your of age a glass of wine could help... i had this problem when i was pregnant with my daughter.... doc told me to take benedryl until my body got on routine. Dont know if it will help you and i know you dont wanna take meds.... its the best i can give ya though. Sit in a warm bath and soak.... get all comfy kick back and watch some tv or read a book.

5htp (hydroxytryptophan) is an amino-acid which will help you to fall asleep. Take 50-100mg each night.

It's not a drug as it occurs naturally within the body anyway - it just boosts the levels.

I buy mine from the health food store, but you can order it over the internet as well. I use the Serotone brand which is safe.

See insomnia, in section 3, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris Get plenty of sunlight in daylight hours, and use "daylight" fluorescents at home, (www.mercola.com SEARCHBAR) reducing lighting levels, as you near bedtime, (progressively cover them, more) to approximate natural conditions.
