Driving 300 miles with my cat!?

I'm moving on Friday of next week and I am driving about 300 miles to my new house. I have to take a pretty curve mountain road because the only other way to get there is a higher mountain road with snow. So it going to take about 6 or 7 hours total. My cat likes car rides, but obviously has never gone on a trip like this and she's a yowler. I'm going to talk to my vet Monday about it, but would like to avoid drugging her if possible. Any suggestions for keeping both of us sane? I would also like to just drive down there all at once instead of breaking it up becuase I think it would be better for us both. Thanks!

Who is the greatest guitarist of all time?

In My opinion,it was either Jimi Hendrix or Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Jimi Hendrix just was pure amazing.The guitar was just like another limb.And he was self taught,which amazes me.

And Stevie Ray Vaughn is just a phenomenal guitar player.And my mom met him,and said he was just a real down to earth guy.And he played the guitar like no tommorow.

Oh,and whos the greatest band of all time?I say probably the Beatles or the Ramones.

Do you think video games help promote violence?

My opinion- We can't always blame technology when it comes to leadership of the future generation. Although.... some people are sick in the head to begin with and some games out there do help contribute them to "snap" that much more. These kinds of games haven't been around for all that long so it might take a few more decades to see what damage they do or don't do.

What American first arrived in Australia after Australia was settled in 1788?

Did this person intend to live in Australia? Did they perhaps jump ship? I expect this person arrived prior to 1800. In 1802 Americans were on Kangaroo Island whaling and building a boat that took them to Sydney. These are the first Americans I know of. The three officers with Cook in 1770 were not Americans as they were before the declaration of independence, 1776.

at what age should i stop letting my kids bath together?

my son is 7 and my daughter is 10. I'm thinking it is soon time to let them bath seperately. At first, I thought this was a great way to save on hot water and bubble soap. But, since I am making a little extra cash at he restaurant were i am waitressing, i think it is time for them to bath seperately. Both kids are really good and i dont think they will drown if left alone in the tub. HELP!

My son is mixed Black dad and white mom. His head stinks even right after a bath. Any ideas why.?

I don't know if him being mixed has anything to do with it. The only place he smells bad is his head. He is only 14 weeks old and has smelled bad since birth. I know this sounds bad, but I really want to know. I can't find anything on the internet about it. I am embarrasses to ask the doctor, but I think I will his next visit.

ok so theres this guy i like and im not really sure if he likes me or not. we talked a lot to each other prior to halloween when my friend was being strange that evening and was like M ur J's bf now. and then she wouldnt let him leave without hugging me which he did and it was quite awkward... nice but awkward. now we barely talk but i ALWAYS catch him staring at me. i dont know wut to think...HELP! thanx

Small business vs Big business?

A town council meets. The unemployment rate is the same as the national average. It's a somewhat small town (pop<10000) and the economy is stable, though not milk and honey. I'm not sure if this is exactly how it happens, but play along.

A large retail chain wishes to build a store in the town. Doing so will ruin many local small businesses (Walmart vs Wilma's apparel). Some will have to shut down and others will have to fire workers. But, the new store will offer slightly more jobs than those fired.

Should they be allowed to do so? At the cost of local culture?
