I am renting a bedroom in my landlords home. He told me a few months ago that the foundation was sinking, and that the insurance company will only repair it if it has already crumbled to the ground. He said he was going to wait and let them pay for it, when it does fall. Now, aside from the absolute absurdity of his reaction, I have a situation on my hands.
He is out of town for Christmas and will return the 26th. The foundation has about a foot-long crooked crack in the beam that runs about 2 feet from the front of the house. I have heard about 3 sounds over the past 2 hours that sounds like the door is opening, but I think it's the foundation.
I know my landlord will just say *oh well, I'll deal with it when I get home*, but I'm concerned the foundation may fall before then. Should I be vacating? I don't have $ for a hotel or anything. Please let me know if you have experience or knowledge in this type of situation!

Is Jesus calling us hypocrites when He said: Matthew 15:3 Why do ye transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? 6. This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Does this include going to church on Sunday contrary to the fourth commandment seventh day sabbath? Are we worshipping the beast or the devil when we disobey God? Who started all these pagan customs? How did they get into the church? Are they evil? sin? Aren't we still Christians if we partake of these little white lies? Can we still go to heaven? Revelation 18:4. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins.
Jesus died for our sins, can't we continue to sin?

I want to be an actress and I think i have some talent, but your best might never be good enough so i would like to gather many tips and advice you have, please! ANY!!
1)How do you CRY?
2) Shouting and give energy?
3) Give seriuos monolgues?
4) Key Body language and body movements..
5)Act hurt mentally and physically?

Also anytips on clarity, voice projection,facial expression, all to do with drama and making it into the business!

I try to do 'real' facial expressions, but my face just looks stupid and over dramatic!!

Who are your favourite performers and WHY, what do they do so right??

I was drinking my drink yesterday and this guy grabs it from me and gives me a sheepish look half smile. I told him he could have a sip, if he wanted. He also hugged me the first day he really met me. He went up and said, "Lizzie?" Me-"Yeah?" Him-"Hi." And when I went over to him with his friends he gave me a hug to give him food.

He's also sort of touchy. He touched near my breast by mistake I think. I can't tell if it was a mistake or not so I looked past it. Believe me, I'm 16 and haven't even kissed a guy yet. I'm clueless. =[

They have been saying that gas prices arnt affecting people as much as they thought they would. Like they thought the threashold was $3, and now they are saying $4. It seems to me that as long as people have credit cards then it will "SEEM" that its not that big of a deal. They are also saying that more people are in debt and that more people are late with payments. Americans are oil crazy and will continue to buy it, but why say that its not affecting people when it seems that it is. Gas prices up = Credit card usage up = Strain on peoples budgets = strain on the economy.

going to wear it on New Years Eve, but we had a change of plan and I am going to wear it tonight to a friend's party on Christmas Eve. I know my bf wants to show me off and I am ok with that. It is a brown micro mini, and I am going to wear it with a tasteful turtleneck sweater and 4 inch heels. I tried the outfit and I do look extremely hot in it but what I need to know is how do I go about sitting, getting in and out of cars, etc while wearing it. i get really sick sometimes and i really want to take paracetamol, but i`ve taken so many overdoses on paracetamol in the past that now i feel like throwing up when i see them, if i try to swallow them i throw them back up and have a disgusting taste in my mouth, what if i emptied a paracetamol capsule in a drink, will it still work on me?

A man is sitting next to a woman on a plane. Turns out she's a drop-dead-gorgeous blonde! When they reached 27,000 ft. the plane leveled out and woman sneezed.

This would have been perfectly normal but for the fact that after she sneezed she shuddered violently. About five minutes later she sneezed and once again shuddered violently. Five minutes later she sneezed and shuddered yet again.
