Say a person has engaged someone to work for them. The terms of engagement are only VERBALLY agreed upon - eg: Rate of pay, number of days of notice. The only documented proof of engagement is the payment made to the employee. Now if the employee quits after borrowing money that he has not yet given back to the employer, can the employer minus that amount of money from the employee's last check ? Once again the only documentation of money being borrowed is the transfer of money from the employer's bank account to the employee's account. Can the employer legally do that ? Also, if the employee quits before the required days notice period, can the employer deduct the losses from the employee's pay ?

i thought i was pregnant but i got my period on time (dec 3). my breast stayed swollen even after my period. they feel heavier and bigger. i took 2 pregnancy test anyways and they were negative. today i got my period again(dec 17). i dont know what to do. i was on birth control and i stopped using it 3 weeks ago can that be the cause? please tell me what u think.

instead of focusing and advocating against abortion? focusing on issue like education, health care, prevention programs, etc. will assure saving more lives and a better quality of life as well.

ever since i got out of the air force (4 year active with 4 years inactive post service) i find it hard to 'get over it all'. i'm very defensive about my service and find myself falling into the stereotype of a 'bitter veteran'. its hard and annoying to deal with civilians, and i miss my military life, but i do not want to go back to it because i want to settle down in one town. did you have this problem after you seperated?

Is it harmful for a dog to ingest charcoal? We just realized our dog (4 month old Miniature Daschund puppy "weenie dog") ate almost an entire brick of charcoal. I think it is the self-starting kind, but am not sure. We are unable to contact a veterinarian right now because it is after midnight. She seems fine right now, but I am scared it is going to kill her! I have done a search online and haven't had much luck finding anything helpful. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

I am looking for mostly baroque pieces at the moment and I am looking for something different than the obvious. For example, no Air on the G String - Bach. I'm trying to find pieces that I might not have heard of or that are not well known.But just in case, I'll take whatever you may know of. Opera is fine too, but in line with tragedy, slow movements are best, like adagios, some sarabandes, and largos. Can you help? If you can list your favorite recordings of the pieces as well, that would be great!!! Thank you.
