looking at this map, it looks like quebec is in this dark blue zone
is that where quebec is?
and is amsterdam in that blue on the map?

The Blue area on the map is Ontario, not Quebec.

Amsterdam is in Holland which is the small dark blue country on the north coast of Europe, across from the UK.

That`s Ontario ,not Quebec.I live there it`s illegal the map`s wrong.You should have looked further.
