Married, 10 years, two kids, 5 and 7. Reconnected with and old boyfriend from 1988, he is married with a clan of his own. He has told me that his no longer happy in his marriage and has know that for a while, before we reconnected. We have both decided that we do still have deep feelings for each other. He lives about 10 hours away. I don't know what to do. I love my husband but I am not sure if I am "in love with him". He is a great guy, nothing wrong with him. This just sucks and has brought on depression. Please help, any advice would be great. I have no one to trust to talk to about this.

Any recommendation with recipe that you could help me to prepare. I would prefer something else rather than sandwiches or hotdog. Preferably simple and economy due to tight budget. I was walking through a common area about three months ago and I saw a "Ran out of...." board in the kitchen. It listed a product and underneath it, it said "mexicans". I was offended and took it to the company's HR director and they said that the person had been dealt with. About three weeks ago, I witnessed a fight between our security person and a vendor. After separating them, I had asked the security person to give me his side of the event. He told me everything that happened but left out the part that he struck the person and I called him on it. I saw that he had struck the person and I wasn't going to lie about it, especially since the police were called. I told him that I would not alter the incident report. He then said, "Well, you're going to write whatever you want because you'll protect him (the vendor) because you're MEXICAN just like he is." I was shocked that this had happened a second time and reported him. He was fired. I applied for a different position.

Okay, like many of you I've packed on some pounds well actually 15-20 pounds. I know shame on me, you don't have to say that since my hubby and his family feel its logical to talk about my weight gain. Anyway, I'm going to start working out on my treadmill again. How long would you say would be a good amount of time to work out on a threadmill to see results within a month? I'm going to a wedding at the end of next month and I need to get on shape and keep myself on shape. I understand dieting is important but my body losses weight with exercise. My brother is 54 yrs old and was just diagnosed with prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 5. His PSA was 4.25. The biopsy showed that he only had traces of cancer on the right side of his prostate and it was limited to that area. He is in excellent health and very active, and has not shown any signs of any urinary problems.

He is considering the treatment option of "watchful waiting". What are your thoughts on this vs possibly robotic surgery? Some doctors prefer surgery when the patient is this young. Thanks for your inputs on this.
