If they don't stop using those terms someone might start believeing that global climate change is happening! Do you think it makes no sense to call a December tropical storm a freak weather event? Or a killer continent wide ice storm as never before seen? It's ONLY more than 1 MILLION people without electricity. And FEMA has ALWAYS been called out for two seperate events in the winter. Right?

With development, our wilderness areas are smaller and smaller, and can support fewer and fewer animals. Hunting helps manage their numbers, and is certainly less cruel than what goes on in a slaughterhouse.

TENS OF MILLIONS of poor people in the U.S. live in rural areas, areas so far back in the country that a European would think of it as wilderness. And hunting provides a significant amount of their food.

Are anti-hunters more interested in their own bad feelings about hunting than they are in stopping people from starving, or in stopping animals from dying under cruel circumstances?

I am in 8th grade. At school I make my own rules. For example I eat when ever I feel like it in class. I walk out of study hall without asking and listen to music on the computers. Is this bad.

My husband and i seperated a month before he joined the military. Well things went from bad to worst when he was in the military. He got back to town 3 weeks ago. I had been checking his account over the internet when he was there to see when he got payed and how much he was sending me but now it's a habit. He is back in town after being gone four months. We have meet a few times and sleep together another time he bought me clothes and took his daughter out. Anyways if it is going to work out it is going slow he never answers his cell This is what caused all the problems in the first place. Well i really don't have a reason to check his bank account anymore and i know doing this might even hurt me one of these days but i still do it. We are still married and havn't got divorced yet is this wrong?

Why do we need to create a rental agreement on a stamp paper?
Why isn't it okie if we make it on simple paper and both the parties sign on it?

Basically why we neccessearily have to use stamp paper for any contract or agreement?

I have been importing retail gifts from overseas since 2004. A particular item, nylon butterfly decoration, is mass produced abroad by literally 100's of factories. I import them. A US based company is sending threatening letters including copyright infringement claims regarding this item. Numerous businesses selling this product who purchased overseas also have received these letters.

I have spoken with the supplier of this US based company (who is sending out the threats) & the manufacturer states there is no copyright and that the designs are stock from the factory.

First, can an item be copyright protected that isn't original? If no, and this US company files for copyright protection, what are my options? Can I fight it? How?

Second, I only import. I have not had anything reproduced from this US based company. How would I be accountable if the item managed to be granted copyright protection?

Professional copyright knowledgeable answers only please. Sources appreciated.

Its been 6 months since my heart was used like a rag. I fell in love with a girl she left me for another guys and burned me bad. I had a couple suicide attempts back in March and April. At times I think I am over it. Then at others I find my self thinking about what shes doing etc...I dont love her any more...I think? How can I love some one that used me so bad?
I would not sad. I do not know how I feel. When I think about her I only hope she eventually got whats coming to her. To be burned by some one like she burned me. Then I think well lets said she did get burned. Will I stop thinking about her? I answered, No because I want to make sure she did stay suffering. I really have no clue what to do, its really driving me nuts. Will I ever stop thinking about her? I tried dating but even then I think what if this girl plays me like her. Please guys any good advice will help I am even sometimes loosing sleep.
