Does wrist movement ever feel the same after the heeling process is complete?? If you have any information on this I would greatly appreciate it, my mom is having surgery in a few days and she's pretty freaked about the whole thing. They will be inserting a permanent plate/screws into her wrist. Her arm is in a half cast right now, and at this time she is wondering what to expect afterwards [IE: 6months/1year/5years/etc] My poor mom :(

In religion class, my teacher asked a question : "Were not people saved through other religions before the time of Chritianity. ?". He meant that because we believed in God, we are saved, but imagined ancient people who believed in idols or no God, were they not saved !

I've contemplated about the question and I had my own answer for it but I want to see other perspectives.

So please answer in details. Thank you.

I live in a rural area and do not have access to the internet except at work. For more than a year I have tried to get internet service but I have failed for several reasons. One company on television advertises that you can get internet if you can get a clear view of the southern sky. I have visited their website and I can conclude that their TV advertisement is false. All I need is an IP provider who will send me a kit and allow me to install the internet. I have a credit card and I am willing to pay for the service. Please help me.

Did anyone ever feel someones adams apple. I did .What you do is you both take turns laying your head back really far
and feel it. I noticed a lot of us girls do have it but the size and shape is always different. If you have lets share some stories about it, I have 2 bumps on my neck, the adams apple which is like a point and the bump in the middle of my neck right underneath. Some girls do have the bump in the middle which sticks as far out as the adams apple itself.

Prior to Jesus's mortal birth, God spoke with man, revealing His will through men called as prophets.

While Jesus was living on the Earth, God spoke with man, revealing His will through the words and miracles of Jesus.

After Jesus ascended into Heaven, God spoke with man, revealing His will through the words and miracles of the apostles.

Then one by one, the apostles were killed off. Since then...nothing. No new scriptures, no prophets, no apostles, no continuing revelation.

Why did God change? Did He stop caring about mankind? Did He lose the ability to communicate His will to mankind? Does mankind no longer need God's will? Or is there another reason?

I know Veritas Lux Mea, means Truth is my light. I don't know how to properly conjugate shield or even if I'm using the proper verb... I know Tego can mean roof, to conceal, even to lie as in to hide the truth... but it can also mean to shield or to protect. Thank you for your help.

Ok right now I am paying 425 dollars for my car monthly ( i am one month late rt now )
and i am also paying 200 dollars monthly for my insurance ( i was late past 2 months so , 400 dollars are due on the 20th ) ..


I got a job $12/hr . 40 hours / week , at this company last week , today is my 3rd day

Now I can pay the car payment for the past month ( i have close to 400 in my bank )
and i can hopefully pay the Insurance also by the 20th
( using the First paycheck from my 40 hour/week job )

But this is too much . I am driving a honda civic now .
I dn't think this is a good idea , I want to save up enough money so I can get a job as an electrical engineer ( what i got my degree in )

Oh man , i dn't know what i was drinking when I Got this car. I guess I wanted to show everyone that I can buy a car too . it was so stupid , Now that i think back on it .

Mann....( because my credit was so messed up , i even used my dad's credit also )

What do I do now??

The situation is this: I met this person at work. He was there for training purposes from another country. We got comfortable talking, we got along and exchanged email id's when he was to leave. He seems like a decent, nice, good natured person. He is married. I am single. He went back to his country. We have exchanged a few offline messages and a couple emails now and then, but nothing regular. And now, I get an email saying it has been a long time since we spoke and he asked if he can have my phone number.

I am not sure at all, if his wife knows? Should I ask him?

Or is she supposed to know who he calls? Am I that important?

I am feeling a little hesitant about giving him my number, although am quite sure he means it only as a friend. I surely will like to have him as a friend, but I also feel his wife should know. But we aren't even in the same country, leave alone city.

Am I making a big deal of this? Should I just give him my number?

We are having a company xmas party this sat. We have to auditon thursday. all of sudden last minute my sister in law asks me do to do. We want to do "The boy is mine".....

should we do it. This is a company with a 1000 people and their guests........... and i know everyone will laugh and joke on us on monday..... but we have a chance at winning money...

i want to..... but i am scared the girl who asked me i might now feel comfortable with. She is my husband's nephew s wife and we work together..... WE just started actually getting along but never hung out except work and family........ never as "friends" if that makes since......

what do u think? should we go for it? it might be fun but i get so nervous sometimes. I wish it was karoke. I love karoke!

I had a day off yesterday--finally--so I decided to lounge around in my jammies and catch up on all of my favorite shows my DVR recorded for me while working my butt off the last 3 weeks straight. I noticed something in these shows--

Married couples are mostly heavy men and thin women--not always, but mostly. Still Standing. The Simpsons. Family Guy--among others. Why is this? Why aren't there heavy women with thin men? Is this some sort of observation of how life is in the US? That heavy women can't even get the heavy men?

I know this isn't true in all cases of sitcoms--maybe it was just something I noticed because it happened to be the case in the three I ended up watching yesterday one right after the other. But is there some reason for this?

Every Christmas morning, after having our own personal family time, we drive over to my in-laws. The whole family gathers there around the Christmas tree and we open presents together. My 13 month olds nurse and nap time will fall around the time we will be all together and opening gifts, and I sure as heck am not going to seclude myself into the other room and miss my 3 year old son opening gifts. The only person I think will probably be uncomfortable are my sister-in-law and maybe brother in law. My Sis-In-Law has been quite vocal about my choice to continue nursing my son so long.
Anyone else going to be nursing your little one around the tree with family this year? How does you family feel about that.....not that it really matters, your little one being nourished and comforted is much more important!!
