They owe me £900!! They over estimated my gas and electricity readings, and over a period of 3 months they took nearly £600 out of my account, plus when I signed up with them and arranged the direct debits they gave me duff information so my direct debit payments have been too high for a year and a half. So all in all they owe me just over £900.

I was promised a cheque in the post, but when it didn't turn up, I phoned them only to find out that they had to follow "procedure" and send someone out to read my meters even though I'd given them accurate readings!

What's the best way of dealing with this sort of thing - I want MY money and I've got a feeling it may be a bit of a battle. Because of them, I'm overdrawn and getting letters from my bank!

and im 16,
but i want to get back into modeling and well i dnt have a problem with my body
but im prepared to lose weight just so i can model again..

like with every other animal, birds, dogs, horses, fish etc. There are different types of human, its NOT a bad thing so any one that wants to moan that i'm being racist go copulate on your own. At first I wanted the book thrown at him, but now, I don't know, does it really serve a purpose the put him in jail for years? Now I'm thinking a long probation would be OK. In jail he is not doing anyone any good, out of prison, he can be a productive member of society. As it stands right now he has been punished a great deal, What he did was so wrong, But I don't think he should be penalized beyond the ability to recover.

In HP7 ch. 10 "Kreacher's tale" told Kreacher, at Regulus drank the potion in the basin so that Kreacher could switch the fake locket with the real one and go home. Regulus got dragged underwater by the inferies and died, which was witnessed by Kreacher. But how did the basin get filled with potion again afterwards? 'Cause When Dumbledore and Harry came to the cave the basin was filled up again! (Remember A: the first time Kreacher went to the cave with Voldemort it was the Dark Lord himself who refilled it; B. Voldemort did not realise at all that the locket was taken until shortly before the Battle of Hogward, so he could not have been there.

I could not find any explanation. Can anyone help me?

when i turn on my computer sometime it take me to a blue screen and said crash dump at the bottom the text. it restart by itself and everything goes fine, but it take a long time to restart it. the computer said it's caused by ati graphic driver but they don't have a solution yet. please help my computer is acer aspire 5100 with vista and the graphic card is ati radeon xpress 1100
