nor is there any visitation mentioned. Does this mean that the time is split evenly? Lately my ex has been taking extended vacations and leaving the kids with me and if it is joint shared custody, does this mean I should be compensated for the time away? Just curious. Thanks!

i got the baby a 1.5 gal aquarium for Christmas. I already have plant, filter, bubble rock, heater, rocks, and everything else i need to set up..so my Q is, what kind of fish should i get for her? I was thinking maybe a Blue Tang, but IDK if a 1.5 US Gal tank is too small it make a salt water. Is it? and if i do get the tang...will just one be ok by itslef?

It's not a new movie. It came out like 2 years ago. The children try to seperate their parents. Once theur parents finally seperate is when the kids finally start to get along. Some of the people in the movie are Drake Bell, Miranda....(Drake/Josh's sister from Drake and Josh), and Daniel Panabaker(i think)

Something happend that was very inappropriate?
Is this wrong?
Would it be wrong for a 37 YO man to seduce a 23 YO girl whom?
was completely intoxicated, and he was completely sober?
She later on spoke to him and said she is not normallly that type of girl, which is true. Does he feel bad or weird maybe.
She did not really know what she was doing, but she did like the man. Why would he allow that to happen if she was drunk, and he was sober and then act like he had no part. He is divorced and more concerned with that.

how is the scene inside a court when a case of domestic violence/498A is going on?how many minutes or hours does 1 proceeding last?how many days it takes to finalize the case?is there lots of crying,fighting & shouting by defendents?are there many people/crowd inside?are only immediate family members allowed or even the relatives,etc of both husband or wife even if they were not involved in domestic violence towards the woman?in short,how is the scene otherwise?is it very traumatic for the girl if she is the victim?
